Highline Parking Management, LLC (“Highline Parking Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides parking patrol, enforcement coordination, and tow-authorization services to property owners and managers in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, together with the web portal at highlineparkingmanagement.com (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and contact information. Name, business email address, phone number, employer/property affiliation, and role, provided when an account or notification contact is created for you.
- Service records. Patrol activity, vehicle and enforcement records, tow-authorization requests and approvals, timesheets, notes, photographs, and related documentation created in the course of providing the Services.
- Communications. Records of notifications we send you (email and SMS), approval decisions you make, and correspondence with us.
- Technical information. Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected when you use the portal, along with cookies required for sign-in and session security.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Services;
- To send service notifications you have requested, such as tow-authorization approval requests and patrol activity updates;
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including records required by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and other applicable law;
- To respond to your requests and provide support; and
- To maintain audit trails and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number solely to deliver the service notifications you requested (for example, tow-authorization approval requests and patrol updates). Text messaging consent is collected only from you directly, and receiving texts is never required to use the Services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you requested.

4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only:
- With service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- With the property owner or manager you are affiliated with, as part of providing the Services to that property;
- With towing carriers, law enforcement, or regulators where required to carry out an authorized tow or to comply with law; and
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain records for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements — including retention periods required under Colorado towing regulations. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, role-based access controls, and audit logging.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@highlineparkingmanagement.com. We will honor requests to the extent permitted by our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act.
7. Children
The Services are business tools intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
